Delivery & Returns

Delivery

1.1 UK Standard Delivery for all Nappy Cakes and bouquets is 4.99. All delivery prices for smaller items is clearly stated during the checkout process and on the product page. Please make sure you are aware of this before you place your order.

1.2 Delivery will take approximately 3-5 working days and will require a signature on receipt. These delivery times are approximate only. Working days are classed as Monday to Saturday 09:00am – 4:30pm and excludes Sundays and Bank holidays. Unfortunately, we are unable to specify a exact delivery time.

1.3 Orders received on Saturday or Sunday will be despatched the following Monday. For delivery to the Scottish Highlands please allow extra days for delivery.

1.4 Dizzy Rattle is currently only shipping to Mainland UK addresses.

1.5 If you order more than one item from us, items may be sent in two separate parcels.

1.6 A signature will be required on delivery of the goods to you. Receipt of a signature at the delivery address will be proof that the order has been delivered to you. A signature may be obtained from any person at the given delivery address. If no person is present at the delivery address you have provided, the courier may attempt delivery with a neighbour who will be asked to sign on your behalf. Alternatively, your parcel may be delivered to a local Post Office, or returned to the couriers depot and delivery will be attempted at a later date.

Alternative Addresses

2.1 Dizzy Rattle may send orders to alternative addresses to that of the billing address. During the checkout process, you will be asked to confirm the billing address and the delivery address. The billing address must be the address by which the payment card is registered to. Enter the delivery address as the address you would like to send your order to (please make the recipient aware that a signature is required on delivery). Please do not send Dizzy Rattle products to hospitals as they are likely to be undeliverable and will be refused by hospital staff.

2.2 When entering the delivery address please make sure that the address is entered correctly, as Dizzy Rattle cannot accept responsibility for incorrect addresses given. If parcels are returned to us, the buyer will be charged any fee incurred by the courier company.
All products ordered through Dizzy Rattle will only be sent by secure delivery with a signature required upon receipt. If a customer believes that a parcel has been tampered with, it is their responsibility to refuse to sign for the goods.

Returns

3.1 We have an easy any convenient returns service with Collect +. You can drop off your unsuitable return at one of more than 5200 local shops in the UK which are open until late, 7 days a week. Returns are free for all items purchased as long as they remain unused and remain in their original packaging. This is in addition to and does not affect your consumer rights.

3.2 In the first instance please send an email to us at info@dizzyrattle.co.uk with your name and order number clearly stating the reason for your return. Upon receipt of this email we will send you an email with a Collect+ returns label to print off. Package your item(s) up carefully in their original box and a secure outer wrapper where possible. Attach the Collect+ returns label clearly to the outside. Visit your nearest Collect+ drop off point and they will return your parcel to us and give you a postage receipt to retain. 3.3 Please place the Returns Form which will have been enclosed when you received your order inside the packaging. Please make sure you retain proof of delivery.

Local Delivery

4.1 Dizzy Rattle is a West Midlands based company. Therefore you may qualify for free or reduced rate delivery. Please email us in advance to discuss potential delivery arrangements.

Damaged/Faulty Goods

5.1 In the event that your order has been received damaged, a refund or exchange will only be granted if the goods are returned together in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt. All orders will be sent with an invoice detailing delivery return details.

Cancellations

6.1 Cancellations are only accepted if the Customer complies with the following cancellation procedure. You may cancel your order at any time prior to your order being dispatched. In cases where the rejection of the goods is due to a defect or discrepancy in the order, the Customer is entitled to a full refund or replacement. The faulty or damaged product must be returned to Dizzy Rattle before the refund or replacement can be issued. In cases where the rejection is due to an incorrect order from the Customer or to dissatisfaction, the Customer is entitled to a full refund including any return delivery costs. Goods must be returned to Dizzy Rattle before the refund can be issued. When returning items you are strongly advised to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
