Terms and Conditions of Purchase


1.1 Dizzyrattle.co.uk is the trading name of Dizzy Rattle.

1.2 By purchasing from the Dizzy Rattle website you are acknowledging that you have read, understood and agree to the terms and conditions laid out throughout the content of this website. The terms of use and terms of sale are non-negotiable. By making an offer to purchase, you agree to be bound by the whole provisions of the Agreement as defined between you and us. If you do not accept these provisions you should not place an order.

1.3 These terms and conditions may be changed at any time by us and we are not under any obligation to notify you of such changes.


2.1 Payment can be made by Paypal only and will be debited when we have accepted your offer to purchase.

2.2 All prices are quoted in UK pounds Sterling and include VAT where applicable.

2.3 Our acceptance of your offer to purchase Goods is subject to their availability. Our acknowledgement of order acceptance via e-mail is not a guarantee of delivery. We will inform you if we are unable to deliver the Goods which you have offered to purchase and a full refund will be given.

2.4 Every effort has been made to ensure the descriptions and price of goods are correct. We will inform you as soon as possible in the event of an error in pricing or description coming to our attention. Where we notify you of such an error, you will have the option of either (i) confirming your offer to purchase subject to the corrected description or price, or (ii) retracting your offer to purchase and receiving a full refund if the Goods have been paid for.

Delivery Details and Returns Policy


3.1.1 All deliveries are subject to stock availability and authorisation of your payment.

3.1.2 Dizzy Rattle will only deliver to UK mainland addresses only.

3.1.3 We shall endeavour to deliver the Goods you have offered to purchase within 5 working days after we receive your offer. If there are any delays we will notify you of such delay as soon as possible.

3.1.4 We can only deliver your order to the address that you specify as the delivery address during the paypal checkout process. This may be different to the billing address of your payment card. The delivery address must be in the UK (i.e. has a Royal Mail postcode).

3.1.5 UK Standard Delivery for all Nappy Cakes and bouquets is 4.99. All delivery prices for smaller items is clearly stated during the checkout process and on the product page. Please make sure you are aware of this before you place your order.

3.1.6 Your order will be delivered to you during office hours (9-5pm), Monday to Saturday . We are unfortunately unable to specify the time at which the goods will be delivered to you.

3.1.7 A signature will be required on delivery of the goods to you. Receipt of a signature at the delivery address will be proof that the order has been delivered to you. A signature may be obtained from any person at the given delivery address. If no person is present at the delivery address you have provided, the courier may attempt delivery with a neighbour who will be asked to sign on your behalf. Alternatively, your parcel may be delivered to a local Post Office, or returned to the couriers depot and delivery will be attempted at a later date.

Returns Policy

4.1.1 We hope you’re happy with your new Dizzy Rattle purchase! However, if you’re unhappy for any reason, here’s what to do:

4.1.2 If the item you have purchased is not suitable, has been damaged or is faulty you have up to 14 working days to return it to us. All we ask is that you send it back in the unused condition that you received it and in its original box where possible.

4.1.3 Our method of return is via Collect+

In the first instance please send an email to us at info@dizzyrattle.co.uk with your name and order number clearly stating the reason for your return. Upon receipt of this email we will send you an email with a Collect+ returns label to print off. Package your item(s) up carefully in their original box and a secure outer wrapper where possible. Attach the Collect+ returns label clearly to the outside. Visit your nearest Collect+ drop off point and they will return your parcel to us and give you a postage receipt to retain. 4.1.4 Please place the Returns Form which will have been enclosed when you received your order inside the packaging. Please make sure you retain proof of delivery.


5.1 Payment is via Paypal only. You do not need a paypal account to pay by Paypal. Any debit or credit cards may be used.


6.1 The prices indicated for products available via the Site are all exclusive of delivery charges. All delivery prices are clearly stated during the checkout process.

6.2 We do not charge VAT on our goods.

Security & Data Protection

7.1.1 We will not gather or hold personal information about you unless you have given your express permission for us to do so. By placing an order, you will consent to the use of such personal information.

7.2.2 Any personal information held or processed will be kept up-to-date and will be destroyed as soon as the reason for its collection or processing has lapsed.

7.2.3 No personal data about customers will be passed to any third party, except to offer you the opportunity to purchase from us, to fulfil the delivery of the goods to you, and as is necessary to process credit or debit card payments(Paypal).

7.2.4 Your privacy and confidence will be respected at all times.

What Information is collected about you and how is it used?

7.3.1 When you place an order we need to collect your name, address and e-mail This information allows us to process your offer to purchase Goods and delivery of those Goods to you. We use your e-mail address to send you notification of the status of the order. We will contact you by e-mail if any problems occur regarding delivery of the Goods to you.

7.3.2 This information may be provided to third party service providers for the purpose of processing your offer to purchase the goods (Paypal).

7.3.3 Under no circumstances will Dizzy Rattle share your information with third parties. We do not send out promotional emails to online customers.


8.1 Payment is made using a third party merchant (paypal) and they are responsible for retaining your payment details. Credit card details are not viewed or retained by Dizzy Rattle.

Product Information

9.1 Dizzy Rattle will endeavour to ensure that all item descriptions, photos, information and prices are accurate at the time of website design. However, please be mindful Dizzy Rattle is a bespoke business and embellishments and products may vary in colour and design from time to time. We reserve the right to replace design content where relevant stock is unavailable with items similar in nature. We will only ever replace items with products equal in quality and design.

9.2 If Dizzy Rattle is out of stock of any of the items included in your order, we will notify you within one working day to check if you are prepared to wait whilst stock items are sourced. If this is unacceptable to you, a full refund will be granted.

9.3 All Dizzy Rattle items who carry a trade mark are purchased through licensed wholesalers who are licensed to sell that trade mark.

Reselling of products

10.1 Please note that all products and services available on the Site are for personal use only. You may not sell or resell any of the products or services.
We reserve the right to cancel any orders that we believe may result in the violation of our Terms and Conditions.

Distance Selling Regulations

11.1 We are obliged by law to provide you, prior to the delivery to you of the goods which you have purchased, with certain information in relation to those goods and your rights in relation to the agreement with us. This information appears throughout these Terms and Conditions, but is summarised in the Confirmation Form.

Right to Cancel this Agreement

12.1 Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have 14 working days from the Commencement Date (“the cooling-off period”) in which to cancel this Agreement if for any reason you are not happy with the Goods which have been delivered to you. This cooling off period begins on the day after the day you receive the Goods from us.

12.2 If you wish to cancel the Agreement under the Distance Selling Regulations, you must notify us of this fact in writing and send your notification to us by e-mail within the cooling-off period to the email address info@dizzyrattle.co.uk.

12.3 On cancellation, you must return the Goods that we have delivered to you. On our receipt of the returned Goods, we will exchange the Goods or we will refund to you the price you paid for the Goods and reimburse any original delivery charges. Unless you originally received substitute goods, you will be liable for the costs of returning the Goods to us, and we will not re-imburse you for this.

13.1 Dizzy Rattle are not responsible for the content of any website linked or associated to our business.


Copyright and Trade Mark

14.1 All the content of the Dizzy Rattle website including text, graphics, logos, images, software and product designs (“the content”) is the property of Dizzy Rattle and is protected by United Kingdom and international copyright laws.

14.2 Any attempt to use photographs or artwork belonging to Dizzy Rattle will be met with immediate legal action.

14.3 Dizzy Rattle and other marks indicated on our website are trademarks or registered trademarks of Dizzy Rattle. Dizzy Rattle graphics, logos, page headers, button icons, scripts and service names are the trademarks or trade dress of Dizzy Rattle. Dizzy Rattle trademark may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not Dizzy Rattle’s, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers or in any manner that disparages or discredits Dizzy Rattle. All other trademarks not owned by Dizzy Rattle that appear on this website are the property of their respective owners.
